After completing a 45-year career since graduating from SUNY Maritime College in 1973, Having sailed with Gulf Oil, then commenced shore side employment with Marine Transport Lines. In 2001 Marine Transport Lines was purchased by Crowley Maritime Corporation and continued employment until my retirement in early 2018. I held the positions of Director - Fleet Operations, Vice President - Fleet Operations, Vice President (Marine Transport Management), Vice President (Marine Personnel and Provisioning), Qualified Individual (OPA90) and Company Security Officer (ISSC). Experience with Tankers (CPP, Crude Oil and Chemical), Container, Bulk Carriers, LPG, RO-RO's. and Heavy Lift Ships. Extensive knowledge of both U.S. Flag and Non-U.S. Flag in Technical Operations, ISM, Security, Fiscal Control, Crewing, Maintenance, Legal Depositions, Expert Opinions and Maritime Communications
